|  | The layout of the apartment was perfect for us - each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen and living room were in between so our teenagers had their privacy and we had ours, yet we could all hang out together, too! |

| | An excellent location for 'needs' such as bakery, deli, laundry, internet cafes, restaurents. There are often events like festivals held in Piazza Santa Croce which is nearby.Very handy to be on the ground floor...no steps! |

| | Because the apartment is right on the sidewalk , it is fairly noisey with traffic and late-night pedestrians. However, the Bedroom is fairly quiet.
The twin beds are not the most comfortable but we certainly managed to sleep well anyway. We spent 13 nights there. |

| This is a great place to stay within walking distance of all the wonderful sights in Florence. |

| | We enjoyed this lovely well-appointed apartment. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The location was close to all of the places we wanted to visit. The host, Fabio was very helpful and considerate. It was great to have the kitchen and dining table. We enjoyed the many things we bought from the local market and bakeries. Everything was clean, well decorated and functioned well. The heat was great! |

| | The front room of the apartment was a bit noisy at night with the cars, scooters and people walking home late at night. I only noticed this because I was jet-lagged and couldn't sleep at night so was up reading in the front room. The bedroom was very soundproof. |

| Quiet, Clean and apart from the frenzy |

| | The ground floor flat was wonderful after the many stairs that are typical of European apartment living. |

| | No negatives other than the medium walk or bus trip into the main tourist area of the city. |

| Owner was very helpful! He met made it easy to meet him for the key and showed us around the apartment and offered advice about living in the area. Also provided a welcome basket. |
