The apartment is composed by the entrance , very big living room with double sofa bed and in the same area huge open kitchen fully equipped, double bedroom, bathroom with box shower. The apartment has just been renewed and it is simply wonderful. TV, stereo hi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, telephone, heating. San Giovanni is located at the south-east section of the Aurelian Walls, at the beginning of the Via Appia Nuova. The neighbourhood is commercial and residential. Along the Appia Nuova you will find supermarkets and shops and an excellent open-market selling anything you need at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. If you wish to walk in nice green open spaces you will find close by beautiful areas. For leisure, you won’t be bored, as you will find several cinemas, theatres, restaurants, shops and pubs al around. To get around Rome, there are good public transports such as the metro at Re di Roma (few minutes walking distance) and very good bus connections.
