The apartment is composed by the entrance , living room with single sofa bed and in the same area a spacious open kitchen fully equipped, double bedroom, bathroom with box shower. The apartment has just been renewed and it is simply wonderful. TV, stereo hi-fi, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, telephone, heating. San Giovanni is located at the south-east section of the Aurelian Walls, at the beginning of the Via Appia Nuova.
The neighbourhood is commercial and residential. Along the Appia Nuova and Via Tuscolana you will find supermarkets and shops and an excellent open-market selling anything you need at Piazza Vittorio Emanuele.
If you wish to walk in nice green open spaces you will find close by beautiful areas. For leisure, you won’t be bored, as you will find several cinemas, theatres, restaurants, shops and pubs all around. To get around Rome, there are excellent public transports such as the metro at Re di Roma ( few minutes walking distance ) and very good bus connections.
