Description: the apartment is on the third floor of a fourteenth century palazzo, once a convent, with no elevator.
The recent renovation left intact the beautiful original tile floors and wooden ceiling beams. The kitchen and bath were done with the typical white ceramic hand-made tiles.

Woodworkers have crafted the loft and stairs in solid chestnut. Under the stairs the space was utilized to make a closet and drawer space.
Composition: the apartment of about 35 square meters has a small entrance, a room with a kitchen-dining-living area, with a sofa bed and table with chairs.
There is a bathroom with shower and a loft where two can sleep. The apartment is made to accommodate two to four people comfortably and has air conditioning and central heating.

Services: there are all the necessities for a perfect vacation. The kitchen has a gas cook top and electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and utensils.
The living area has two comfortable chairs, sofa bed, lcd TV, iron and ironing board and there is a built-in closet with drawers beneath the stair to the loft.
