The apartment is located in the historical centre of Florence, only 500 metres from Palazzo Pitti. The road on which it is located is very quiet and does not suffer from traffic noise. The apartment has actually been constructed in the renovated rooms that originally were the upper parts of the stables of this antique "palazzo". In fact, on the ground floor you still can see the huge curved doors where the horse-drawn carriages once would have entered. Today the apartment maintains the patina of time, with the original terracotta and serena (sand) stone floors. The apartment is fully furnished and features two rooms: a hall-living room with kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the living room a double sofabed is available. The apartment has independent heating for the winter months, a washing machine, a dish washer and fridge, television. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, glasses and saucepans for cooking. Towels and sheets for the beds are also provided included. We offer great discounts for month long bookings and for all bookings of four weeks or more, utility expenses will be added on separately to the cost of the property.
